Bhide & Hall Architects, P.A. established on July 1, 1974, is the largest architectural firm in Clay County and is incorporated under the laws of the State of Florida.
The firm has experienced steady growth, and enjoys a diversified practice. Projects range from single-family and multifamily residential, to schools, banks, law enforcement, projects for the Navy and the Department of Defense, office buildings, shopping centers, warehouses, hospitals, independent and assisted living facilities, nursing homes, courthouses, and other municipal buildings.
The firm maintains an understanding of the various building codes and those of local and State agencies. Our experience has provided a working knowledge of various codes governing Architecture.
We have successfully completed projects throughout Southeastern United States, and in the states of Ohio and New York. Our international projects include those in Mexico and in St. Petersburg, Russia.

E. Wendell Hall, co-founder of the firm, earned his Bachelor of Architecture Degree from the University of Florida in March of 1969, and was registered as an architect three months later. He presently maintains architectural registration in Florida, Georgia, Colorado, and Ohio. While specializing in the architecture of healthcare (nursing homes, assisted living facilities, ambulatory surgical centers, and psyche hospitals), he guides the firm in all aspects of professional practice. Mr. Hall also serves as an Adjunct Instructor in the Interior Design Department at Florida Community College of Jacksonville, teaching courses in architectural preservation, architectural styles, architectural drafting, and building and accessibility codes. In 2008, he was appointed to Florida's Board of Architecture and Interior Design by Governor Crist.

Robert McVeigh joined Bhide & Hall Architects, P.A. in 1986. He earned his degree in Bachelor of Science from University of South Florida, and Bachelor of Design and Masters of Arts in Architecture from University of Florida. He is a registered Architect in the state of Florida and a UBCI certified Inspector of Public Educational Facilities in the State of Florida. Bob specializes in governmental and educational architecture and is a LEED Accredited Professional.

Vasant P. Bhide graduated from University of Florida with a Master’s Degree in Architecture in 1969. He cofounded Bhide & Hall, P.A. in June of 1974. He retired from the firm in 2008.
