Discovery Oaks Elementary is a prototype school design constructed in three locations in Clay County, and is the base design for two upcoming schools, including Spring Park Elementary.

New Construction of the first STEAM school in Clay County, Florida with state-of-the-art technology and two fully equipped science labs. The school was built on a 23-acre lot surrounded by planted pines.

Full site development includes:

  • 45 classrooms for Science, Technology, Engineering, the Arts and Mathematics
  • Kiln Rooms

Careful attention was centered on designing and building a school that supports how and where students learn. All classrooms feature interactive panels as part of the school-wide technology. the media center/ library space is designed to accommodate a wide range of activities.

The multipurpose/ dining area also serves as a hurricane shelter for Clay county Emergency Management. The school came in on budget and was completed on time despite weather delays caused by Hurricane Irma.
